Once upon a time...

The vikings sailed across the oceans, stole hearts and left. They didn't leave back to their land because actually they didn't have one. They just happened to be born somewhere, but lived here, there, everywhere, always packed and ready to leave. They sparkled their blue eyes at the poor girls from the villages. And then they said, I can't stay, I have to go cut some heads off and conquer the world. And the girls cried their hearts out, but they didn't care, ran away back to their ships and sailed away. Then some of the girls stopped crying, put on their evening gowns and went dancing to the village ball, because they got fed up of that, definitively. And some others put on guy's clothes and hopped on the ship disguised as vikings, and when they were discovered, it was too late and the real vikings didn't have the courage to throw them into the ocean and saw that it was not that bad.

E as minhas metáforas me assustam cada vez mais.
